Boob job may harm breastfeeding
Most women would like to have bigger breasts. Some will go under the knife to achieve the size they want but making your breasts bigger may not be better. According to a research, women who went for cosmetic breast enlargement may find it difficult to breastfeed their child. From The Observer:

I don't think women who want bigger boobs will stop going for breast implants just because they will have problem breastfeeding in the future. Here's to bigger boobs!

It's a little silly that they had to do "research" to find that out don't you think? Like riiiiight, having bags of silicone or saline inside your boob *doesn't* have any negative effect whatsoever on your milk ducts et al. :P
