
Yesterday, I was invited to the launch of Asia's first life-sized bread race car at
Royal Plaza on Scotts. The bread car took a team that included 8 chefs from Royal Plaza on Scotts, a total of 549 hours to craft and put together. Some pics below.

5 young volunteers from
Metta School were also there to lend the chefs a helping hand in putting the finishing touches to the bread car.
